The American Le Mans Series heads to historic Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin for the Time Warner Cable Road Race showcase, Aug. 14-16th.
Road America has held an American Le Mans Series event since 2002, and it has become a popular venue for both drivers and fans alike. The course spans 14 turns over 4 miles and has produced record speeds.
Not only do the fans get an eventful weekend of racing, but Road America also has many wonderful food venues as well.
The American Le Mans Series pits four different classes of race cars on the track at the same time, Two types of prototypes along with two types of production based touring cars make the American Le Mans Series an exciting race series to watch.
